Orders are generally processed within 24hrs - 3 days depending on the type of order. It normally take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorsteps.

We offer following options IN - USA
1. Standard Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated as per item. Order is shipped using First Class Mail. It takes 3 to 5 days for the merchandise to reach its destination.
2. Priority Shipping:
Shipping Rates are calculated as per item. Merchandise is shipped using Priority mail. It takes 2 to 3 days for the merchandise to reach its destination.
REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES :
If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, refund is done immediately.
However, if the order has been cancelled after it has been shipped, refunds may be possible per return policy.

We are pretty confident that from shopping till receiving and cherishing, you will be pleased and satisfied with us. To avoid the messy returns please read the following very carefully.
1. Size Mismatch:
* The sizes are shown at our add to basket page for Tunics / Kurtis.
* For cottons we strongly recommend buying one size larger than your regular size, as it helps with the slight shrinkage that all cotton fabrics undergo after the first wash.
* Please refer to our Sizing Guide section to select and order the right size.
2. Color mismatch:
* We sell exactly what we display on our website, unless otherwise noted. Most of our merchandise is displayed using professional models photographed in studio. There could be a very slight difference in the colors / shades / size of actual merchandise.
3. Damaged Items:
All of our items go through a strict quality check before shipping. Also, we take extra care while packing our items. However, we will not be responsible for any items damaged in the travel part of the shipment process.
4. Wrong Item Shipped
In case a wrong item was shipped to you which is extremely rare, please contact customer service before sending it back to us. Preferred method is USPS standard First Class shipping option. Once we receive the merchandise, we will provide you a full refund (including shipping charges for USPS standard First Class shipping only).
For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the item you ordered
1. Please notify our customer service at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of the item along with the reason for your return. We will refund your payment after we have received the returned item in an UNUSED/ORIGINAL condition. Item not received by us within 5 days of your call will not be refunded.
2. Condition of Merchandise - All items should be returned in UNUSED condition in original packaging.
If you are returning for any reasons, we will do the following: For orders that were sent with the Free Shipping Promotional offer, a re-stocking fee of 15% will be deducted per item for all products.
For items that were sent with specific shipping charges such as Express / Priority, the actual shipping amount in full or pro-rata basis (for partial returns) will be deducted along with 15% restocking fee per item, from the original payment being refunded.
REFUND POLICIES FOR - Shipping:
In case of a return, customer will be responsible for return shipping. You can choose the most economical shipping option with USPS.
The amount refunded will be reduced by the shipping and handling cost paid during the order shipping.
Once we initiate the refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to be credited back.
